- Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for tests already conducted and samples processed are non-refundable. This is because medical consumables, reagents, and processing costs are incurred immediately once the testing process begins. - Cancellations Before Sample Collection
If you decide to cancel your booking before the scheduled sample collection, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. To qualify, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. - Service Delays or Failures
In rare cases where services cannot be provided due to unforeseen reasons from our side—such as technical issues, delayed collection, or billing errors—we will offer a full refund or provide a complimentary reschedule of the service at your convenience. - Rescheduling Requests
Customers may reschedule their appointment without any additional charges, provided the request is made before the original collection time. - Mode of Refund
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
